CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

Expiry of right of withdrawal for digital content

    Important: The right of withdrawal expires before the end of the 14-day period if you have expressly agreed that we may begin delivering the digital content before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained during the checkout process. Once the download link is accessed, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
  

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract (where the right of withdrawal has not yet expired), we will repay all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
